Three teenage girls - Jade, Opal and Amber were born on the same day and year. On their fourteenth birthday, the three of them were told that they were chosen before they were born to fulfill an ancient prophecy.
They were each given a magical stone. Jade was given a jade stone. Opal was given an opal stone. Amber was given an amber stone. Their mission was to restore goodness in the world. To accomplish this, they must go to a place called Fairytale where only people with creative imaginations can enter. these girls have nothing in common (except for their birthdays). Jade was a spoiled, pampered daughter of a very rich duke. Opal was an emotionless girl who did not care for others feelings. Amber is a poor, kindhearted peasant.
There was a council called 'The Council of Twelve" and when they visit the oracle Oonagh they learn that they must defeat this council in order to bring good to the world. These girls meet as strangers but learn that they must trust each others with their lives.
